Real estate sales reported Calabasas-based Lee & Associates has negotiated three major sales transactions total ng $40 million and more than 190,000 square feet on behalf of Kids from the Valley LLC. The most recent transaction s 66,000 square feet of Warner Business Park office space in Canoga Park. The Lee & Associates Calabasas office represented both the buyer, Kids rom the Valley, and the seller, whose name was not disclosed. A second transaction was a 48,000-square-foot site on DeSoto Avenue in Canoga Park. Lee & Associates represented Kids from the Valley while the seller was represented by Jon Paley of Paley Commercial. The third transaction was a 76,000-square-foot mixed-use sale in Northridge.The seller, Tampa Rinaldi Porter Ranch, was represented by Jason Lind of SW Realty Advisors. |
