Argelia Vazquez

Argelia Vazquez launched her real estate career full-time in 2004. She began working with Century 21-Tri-Star in Port Hueneme. She then came to work with Prudential California Realty in Oxnard.

While dedicating herself as a full time realtor, she has continued to update all of her other licenses: real estate agent/broker, appraiser trainee, notary, and CTEC registered tax preparer.

Vazquez recently became a senior real estate specialist (SRES). According to the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC), “The goal of the SRES is to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, age appropriate financing, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate, among many other issues.”

Vazquez is now scheduled to attend Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) class in early November. “The two-day ABR designation course prepares buyer’s representatives to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers that sellers have always enjoyed.” She will then be a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC).”
