Quality Home Loans consolidates in Calabasas
Quality Home Loans announced the consolidation of its Oxnard-based corporate offices and its Westlake-based inside sales offices into a new corporate headquarters in Calabasas.
Quality leased 46,000 square feet in the Corporate Point office building located on the south side of the Ventura Freeway just west of the Lost Hills offramp in Calabasas.
Occupancy is planned for Jan. 2006 and will allow the company to grow to over 180 employees.
The over $9 million transaction qualifies as one of the highest valued office lease transactions in the greater Conejo Valley this year, real estate officials said.
Quality Home Loans was represented by Jack Dwyer of the Westlake Village office of NAI Capital. The Corporate Point ownership was represented by Julee Rich of MidValley Properties.
