MRT to present nature program

Mountains Restoration Trust will present the next installment of its “Youth Naturalist Program” from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sat., Dec. 10 at Headwaters Corner, 23075 Mulholland Hwy., Calabasas. The program will be “Astronomy” and is designed for children ages 8 to 12.

Participants will learn about the night sky with the aid of several telescopes. There will be guest speakers to explain what will be viewed: stars, planets, nebulae and constellations. An astronomy-related craft will also be offered.
