BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers CHILLY WATERS—Mark Miller and Roxanne Mula, 14, of the Westlake Yacht Club High School Team take an unexpected swim as their 15-foot Flying Junior sailboat overturns during a jibe maneuver. The team was practicing for an upcoming regatta in Newport Beach this weekend. After successfully righting the vessel, the pair completed their outing without further incident.
