Soteras to head United Chambers NEW LEADER—Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, right, congratulates Agoura Hills resident Alex Soteras, the newly elected director for the United Chambers of Commerce. The organization is comprised of 25 member Chambers, representing over 30,000 businesses. Soteras will represent Reseda,Canoga Park,Encino,Woodland Hills, Calabasas and Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chambers.
