Standout baseball players sought

The VC Lightning Baseball Club is looking for impact players 13-years-old or younger, as of May 1, 2006, to join its nationwide traveling team.

Coaching the Lightening this season will be current Oxnard College head coach Roger Frash, a former member of the New York Mets. Jerry Willard, who was with the Atlanta Braves’ 1995 World Championship squad, will also serve as a coach for the Lightening.
