Pat Helton

Pat Helton, Broker Associate, CRS, GRI, ABR, e-PRO of the Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Promenade Office represented the Conejo Valley at the Previews Estate Retreat held Oct. 5 to 8 at the Estancia Resort & Spa in La Jolla, Calif. Helton toured estates in the area from the $3 million to $8 million price range, and attended real estate marketing seminars and technology networking sessions.

Helton has achieved Coldwell Banker’s prestigious honors International President’s Premier consecutively for 2003, representing the top 1 percent of agents internationally, and International President’s Elite since 1987. She is Coldwell Banker’s Senior Preview Estates Director and a certified relocation specialist. She has been named to Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate in North America.

Helton is a generous donor to many community charities. She is a corporate sponsor for the Summer Jazz concerts held annual at the Gardens of the World and a member of the Alliance of the Arts. She and her clients are participants in the “Stockings for our Troops in Iraq” this past holiday season and this year.

A former educator, Helton holds a Master of Science degree. She is a supporter of many schools and their sports teams and she’s the school team sponsor for Colina Middle School. She donated the School-Team telecommunication technology system, valued at $10,000, to the school. The system allows the principal to immediately contact parents by phone in case of emergency.
