With the holidays almost here, it’s a great time to catch up on your reading and for the children and adults of Agoura Hills to join us for programs and activities at the Agoura Hills Library. All programs will meet at the library, 29901 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills.
Storytime is offered weekly through Wed., Dec.14. Toddler time (ages 2 to 3) is on Wednesdays a11 a.m. Preschool time (ages 3 to 5) is on Mondays at 11:30 a.m. and Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Come join us for stories, music and crafts.
Children of all ages are invited to the children’s read-a-thon on Wed., Dec. 14 at 3:30 p.m. The read-a-thon will celebrate with Chanukah, Christmas and Kwanzaa stories and crafts. For more information, call Grace BernardYouth Service Librarian at (818) 889-2278.
With the holidays approaching, have you thought of holiday shopping at Friends of the Agoura Hills Library Book Cellar? We have wonderful books for children and adults, books on tape, CDs, DVDs, VCR tapes and more. Our donations include recent publications as well as past best sellers. Paperback books start at 50 cents and hard cover books at $1. Come visit and shop for great selections and bargains. Your support of the Friends of the Library is appreciated.
Please visit our Book Cellar open every Saturday, except Dec. 24 and 31, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
