Agoura’s InfoPro is acquired

Aptuit, Inc. announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Agoura Hills-based InfoPro Solutions, a developer of information systems that helps pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies bring their drugs to market. Aptuit will leverage InfoPro’s technology and expertise to build the drug development industry’s first global, multi-customer, multisite platform that will enable clients to track details of their projects anywhere in the world, in real time.

Aptuit said it will keep InfoPro’s 120 employees, who are based at offices not only in Agoura Hills, but also in Massachusettes, Germany and India.
