Holiday brings early Acorn deadlines

Thanksgiving on Thurs., Nov. 24 will affect the deadlines at The Acorn Newspapers for the issues of Nov. 24 and Dec. 1.

Deadlines for editorial items, including letters to the editor, are also advanced. Items for the Thanksgiving issue must be received by noon Thurs., Nov. 17. Press releases and letters for the Dec. 1 issue must be received by noon Wed., Nov. 23.

Real estate advertising for the Thanksgiving issue must be reserved by noon Thurs., Nov. 17. Real estate advertising for the Dec. 1 issue must be reserved by noon Wed. Nov. 23.

The display advertising deadline for the Thanksgiving issue is noon Fri., Nov. 18.

The Acorn offices will be closed Thanksgiving weekend from Thurs., Nov. 24 through Sun., Nov. 27 and reopen on Mon., Nov. 28.
