Chamber hosts mayor’s address The Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a luncheon and Mayor Mark Rutherford’s Westlake Village State of the City address beginning 11:30 a.m. Wed., Nov. 16 at Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S.
