Oak Park woman wins PRism Award

Barbara Bronson Gray, principal of bbg/c, a communications and marketing consultancy in Oak Park, recently earned a first place PRism Award and an Award of Excellence from the Public Relations Society of America, Los Angeles.

The PRism award was for the best advertising campaign by a nonprofit association or foundation, designed for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Conejo & Las Virgenes. The Award of Excellence was for Convergence, a new magazine for engineering and the sciences at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Gray also won Gold and Bronze Marketing and Communication awards from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America for excellence in the publications and advertising categories earlier this year. Her consulting firm specializes in work with nonprofit organizations, foundations and universities.
