Agoura defense: In a game they had to have, the Charger defense held a potent Thousand Oaks offense to 222 total yards and seven points. The unit also recorded five sacks on the night.

Marc Tyler, RB, Oaks Christian: Tyler rushed 12 times for 209 yards and scored five touchdowns to help lead the Lions to a 48-10 victory over Carpinteria. In addition, Tyler hauled in three receptions for 56 yards.

Doug Deakin, QB, Oak Park: In helping lead the Eagles to a big 2822 victory over Nordhoff, Deakin completed 11-of-14 pass attempts for 147 yards and a touchdown. He also had 50 yards rushing and scored twice on the ground.
