Community spirit alive in Westlake


THRILL OF VICTORY—Three-year-old Jayson Williams of Oak Park crosses the finish line in Sunday’s Great Pumpkin Race while Nickerson DeMelfi, 4, and his mother Sarah, of Newbury Park, earn a close second.
