Yes on C

I am writing to express my support for Measure C on the Nov. 8 ballot.

In my view, a vote for Measure C appears to be a no-brainer. The developer has proposed an environmental friendly and significant revenue-producing development. The impartial analysis of Measure C clearly sets forth the benefits of the current, considerably less dense, development proposal.

There is neither available public money to purchase the property and maintain it in its undeveloped state, nor does the loss of significant city of Calabasas tax revenues to be generated by the development make any sense.

To the city of Calabasas and its residents, Measure C appears to be a win-win situation. Ellis Stern Calabasas
