Melancon for school board

My number one choice for Las Virgenes School Board is Joann Melancon. Joann is a parent who has volunteered tirelessly for challenging tasks at Bay Laurel Elementary, A.E. Wright and Calabasas High over the last eight years.

She understands how important it is for parents to be able to work with the district on issues and she has set up a districtwide special education PTA.

Joann also has spent years attending meetings and learning the educational language required to understand the hurdles and challenges of making our district even more responsive to the needs of our students, teachers and parents. Pamela Evans Calabasas
