Cox named executive vp

Philip Cox Westlake Village-based 360 Systems, a developer of advanced video products, announced the appointment of Philip Cox as executive vice president.

Cox has 30 years of senior management experience developing international markets for companies such as CalAmp Inc., Signal Technology Corp. and M/ A-Com, Inc.
