Denis Weber joins

local bank

Kismet Business Brokers said Johnny Rockets, the popular 50sstyle hamburger fanchise in Agoura Hills, has been sold.

Fred Talehakimi and a group called Forever Clean Inc. purchased the restaurant from Auto Outlet Inc. for $750,000, according to Kismet, which brokered the deal. The Agoura Hills Johnny

Denis Weber, Agoura Hills mayor pro tem, recently joined Ventura County Business Bank as senior vice president and regional manager for the Conejo Valley. Weber’s office is at the Rockets was established in 1994 and seats 50 people inside and 20 outside. Weber has over 30 years of banking experience. His focus will be on client relationships, business development, marketing and expansion opportunities for the bank into other communities.

Weber lives in Agoura Hills with his wife Laurie, son Christopher, and daughter Erin. He’s on the board of governors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Conejo Valley and an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 775 in Westlake Village.

He’s an officer in the Naval Cadet program, a member of the Westlakers and an honorary member of the Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary Club.

Mary Victoria moves to Westlake Village bank

Moorpark resident Mary Victoria recently joined Ventura County Business Bank in Westlake Village as a client services specialist.

Victoria has more than 20 years experience in banking, and has worked for the last decade in Westlake Village.

Her special areas of expertise are branch banking services and relationship development.

Victoria earned a BA in business administration in 1997.
