Shirley Richards of Coldwell Banker Westlake Village Centre has been announced as her office’s top sales agent through August 31 of this year, according to manager Bob Verna. Her closed sales production also gave her the office’s top honors for all of 2004, as well as several previous years. Richards is in ColdwelBanker’s top 100 sales category, the only Westlake Village agent to currently hold this distinction.
