Planning leader for city council

This November, the citizens of Agoura Hills have a rare opportunity to elect to our Agoura Hills City Council a person of proven experience who has given valuable service to our community. That person is William D. Koehler.

A decade ago, the residents of Morrison Ranch were faced with disaster. Heavy rains had caused serious land slippage in several areas. Homes had to be saved and residents of Morrison Ranch faced a massive assessment for grading repairs. Salvation came while Bill Koehler served as president and board member of the Morrison Ranch Homeowners Association. His leadership helped in getting a multi-million dollar settlement from the developers of Morrison Ranch.

Bill has a familiarity with Agoura Hills’ city government that has been gained through 12 years of service on our city planning commission. This service has given him the knowledge to implement our general plan and recently adopted specific plan for Agoura Village.
