No on Measure C

Calabasas voters don’t be fooled. Ballot Measure C will bring more traffic to Calabasas.

Measure C is all about relaxing development standards and opening the floodgates to overdevelopment of our beautiful area. Proposed on Mulholland Highway near Las Virgenes Road, the Malibu Valley Inn is a huge, urban-type, commercial development proposal which would be bigger than the defeated Soka University/Convention Center proposal.

The developer sued and failed to block the ballot argument against this project.
