According to the draft environmental impact report, only 23 of the houses would be visible from Mulholland. No liquor licenses. No commercial entitlements. No need to go against the Calabasas General Plan or the North Area Plan or the Significant Ridgeline and Grading Ordinance.

This is an easy choice.
