Jeff Johnson

Diamond Sales award winner Jeff Johnson was congratulated by Joan Young, vice president of Sotheby’s International Realty (formerly Young Realtors), for being named among the top sellers and listers for August at the firm’s Westlake Village office.

Johnson has been with Young Realtors since early 2002. After completing the intensive 10-week training course, Johnson hit the road running with impressive sales his first year. His performance was good enough to garner the Rookie of the Year for 2002 from a group of 12 eligible agents. In addition, Johnson received the Golden Sales Award for his sales in 2003 and his first Diamond Sales award for his 2004 sales.

Johnson’s focus is on customer satisfaction. He listens to his client’s needs and concerns, always providing excellent follow-up service on even the smallest detail. He believes a real estate transaction requires the ability to successfully communicate with other real estate related departments such as advertising, fellow agents, escrow, title, inspectors and lenders.

As a native Californian, Johnson has lived primarily in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys since graduating from Cal Poly with a bachelor of science degree in business administration/ accounting.

Prior to becoming a realtor, Johnson enjoyed a very successful career as a CPA for 10 years, then as a chief financial officer for another 8 years. But his true calling is as a realtor where his success continues as he expands his client base.
