Agoura’s Blum donates wheels

BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers RECYCLED BICYCLE—Agoura Hills’ resident Mark Blum, who has MS and is legally blind, has given more than 2,640 refurbished bicycles to charities since 1996.
