Ben Salem has been congratulated by Syd Leibovitch, president/broker of Paramount Rodeo Realty and branch manager Lu Duffy of the company’s Calabasas office for totalling over $7 million in listings and $3 million in sales.

Salem has always shown a love for the home beginning with his first experiences working for his father’s company in construction. Starting at the bottom, he gained hands-on experience learning the meaning of a well-constructed home. He worked his way up and quickly became a manager for over 23 employees. He also learned first-hand the time, commitment, and dedication necessary to run a successful business.

By starting in construction at a young age, Salem was able to see the potential in investing in homes early on. At only 20, he bought his first fixer-upper home. It was then that he truly gained an appreciation for real estate and concluded that buying a home is the best investment one can ever make.

In addition to a passion for homes, Salem has always loved working with people, whether they are employees, friends or clients.
