Ana Zepeda

Ana Zepeda understands the value of staying in touch, both with loved ones and in business relationships. A 17year veteran of residential real estate in Ventura County and parts of Los Angeles County, Zepeda has joined the Thousand Oaks office of Troop Real Estate Inc., announced Kathy QuinnCourter, manager of the office.

Zepeda comes to Troop after being a perennially topproducing agent at Coldwell Banker Residential in Thousand Oaks for over six years. While there, she earned Presidential Elite Award honors for four years, and on several occasions was the top producing agent in that office. Prior to that, Zepeda had a successful 10-year stint at Century 21 in Westlake Village.

Reflecting the signature philosophy at Troop, Zepeda is devoted to giving back to the community in which she enjoys a successful career. This is underscored in her service as a school team sponsor for Park Oaks Elementary School in Thousand Oaks. As such, Zepeda underwrites the entire electronic system that enables parents and their children at the school to instantaneously exchange messages.

Zepeda also recognizes the importance of giving back to her profession. She is chairperson of the Equal Opportunity Committee of the Conejo Board of Realtors where she is a long-standing member.

Additionally, Zepeda, who speaks fluent Spanish, is deeply involved in mission work.
