A former show business and recording star, DeFranco has continued his love and passion for the music business behind the scenes successfully working with countless international record companies coordinating projects for top recording stars. Today, he has emerged as a major real estate star by utilizing his valuable negotiating and communication skills in his real estate career.

DeFranco, now a seasoned real estate veteran, continues the same drive and desire to please his clients and get the deal done. A 13-year resident of the Conejo Valley, he is actively involved in community service and has served as a board member of the Lynn Ranch Homeowners Association for many years.
