Vote on project is premature

I am outraged that the Calabasas City Council lacked the courage and ethical backbone to face an ultimate vote on the Malibu Valley Inn project.

Groveman, Maurer and Wolfson voted to sidetrack the environmental review process and Bozajian and Washburn passively objected instead of reading them the riot act.

Now we have the developer, Brian Boudreau, quoting the environmental impact report as if it were an approved document, which it is not.

Mr. Groveman, I want you to know when the time comes to vote to replace Fran Pavley for state representative, I’ll be urging my neighbors to vote for Louise Rishoff. Joan H. Kay Calabasas
