Memory Walk will fight Alzheimer’s

The Alzheimer’s Association’s annual Memory Walk for Alzheimer’s disease will take place Sat., Oct. 1 at Gardens of the World in Thousand Oaks. Hundreds of people from Ventura County are expected to participate in this year’s event to raise funds and promote research on Alzheimer’s.

The Memory Walk is the association’s largest national fundraising event and is held in more than 600 communities across the country.
