Pumpkin Festival kicks off


GIANT CARVING—City officials and members of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce light the pumpkin on top of the Acura 101 West dealership to herald the coming of the Pumpkin Festival Sun., Oct. 23. On hand are, from left, Acura host Joe Donato, City Councilmember James Bozajian, the Chamber’s Toni Yamin and Carol Washburn, and the city’s Sue Orgen, Jeff Rubin, Tony Corales, Aimee Haber and Loreen Morick. The popular festival has been moved this year to Juan De Anza Park at Lost Hills and Las Virgenes roads in Calabasas.
