Theresa’s Landscape Design relocates

HorseTV hires marketer

Calabasas-based HorseTV Channel announced John Lyons,

Theresa’s Landscape Design, which provides yard and garden design services for homeowners in Southern California and was previously located in Santa Monica, is now at 4240 Lost Hills Road, No. 3008 in Calabasas.

Theresa Nelson Chada is a certified landscape designer. “America’s Most Trusted Horseman,” has joined The HorseTV Channel team and will actively assist in building audiences and introducing them to the new cable network.

Lyons will be involved in the grass roots marketing of HorseTV and will be working closely with the channel in developing original television programming which will reflect the diverse interests of American horse enthusiasts.

As a pioneer in the clinician movement, Lyons’ has been instrumental in changing the equestrian industry. His Perfect Horse Magazine reaches over 85,000 monthly subscribers. Stylist comes to Agoura He has co-authored 20 books and produced numerous videos, DVDs and audiotape programs.

The HorseTV Channel launches Oct. 27 and will be available on satellite and cable systems nationwide.

Terah Tidy brings 25 years experience in hairstyling services from the Malibu area to her new location in Agoura.

The Ventura office of CB Richard Ellis reports the recent signing of several retail lease agreements in Ventura County.

Tat Wai Li, a tropical fish retailer, signed a seven-year agreement for a 2,800-square-foot retail shop space in the Conejo Valley Plaza at 1374 N. Moorpark Road in Thousand Oaks. Li expanded his store, Tat’s Tropical Fish, as part of the renovation of the Conejo Valley Plaza.

In a separate transaction, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf signed a 10-year lease for a new store in the Westlake Plaza at 986 South Westlake Blvd, Westlake Village. The 2,000square-foot store is one of more than 120 Coffee Bean and Tea Leafs now in California.
