Congratulations to Azusa Pacific grads

The following local residents were among the 470 graduates at Azusa Pacific University’s summer commencement on July 29:

Derek W. Axelson of Oak Park graduated with a bachelor’s in biblical studies.

Alan D. Gutierrez of Simi Valley received a bachelor’s in communication studies.

Frank A. Parodi graduated with a master’s in educational technology.

Thousand Oaks resident Bret H. Knizek received a master’s in educational technology.
