Radio personality to speak at Conejo Democratic Club

The Democratic Club of the Conejo Valley will conduct its annual Summer Garden Party from 12:30 to 4 p.m. on Sun., Sept. 18 at the Wood Ranch Country Club, 301 Wood Ranch Parkway, Simi Valley.

Admission is $40 per person if purchased prior to Sept. 8. Reservations are required.

This event is a networking fundraiser for local Democrats and residents interested in learning about state and federal issues. The program will include lunch, a silent auction, music by Joseph Luna and more.

The keynote speaker will be nationally syndicated talk show host Stephanie Miller. Miller is a former co-host of CNBC’s “Equal Time.” She also hosted “I’ve Got a Secret” on the Oxygen network.
