Westlake gets Standard Pacific

The Westlake Spectrum complex at 4360 Park Terrace in Westlake Village will be the new home for the corporate offices of Standard Pacific Corp.’s Ventura headquarters.

The Lee & Associates-L.A. North/Ventura team of Mike Tingus and Jay Rubin represented Standard Pacific in the 13,000-square-foot transaction.

Stephen Boggs, the homebuilder’s regional president, oversaw the new site selection process. Standard Pacific will occupy nearly one-quarter of the office complex.

The building, which was recently purchased by TA Associates, was represented in the transaction by Michael Slater and Thomas Dwyer of CB Richard Ellis.
