 WE’RE NUMBER ONE—The Westlake Shetland All-Stars are winners of the Pony Regional Championship at the 2005 Regional Shetland Tournament for Pony Baseball played at the East Valley Complex in North Hollywood. The Westlake team came from behind to defeat Santa Rosa 15-10 in the semi-final game. In the final, Westlake was trailing Simi “A” 9-4 going into the last inning but rallied to score six runs in the bottom of the fifth inning to capture the championship,10-9.
