Terry Moerler, a longtime top local broker, along with her realtor partner, Terri Arias, of Aviara Real Estate have tapped into the hottest marketing information in the real estate industry by attending “MegaMarketing,” a 2day seminar.

The seminar was presented by the renowned Orange County, Californiabased advertising agency, Hobbs/Herder Advertising, at the Marriott Hotel in Irvine, California. Moerler and Arias, along with a select group of 250 of the nation’s top real estate agents, discussed the emerging trend of personal marketing, high impact advertising and public relations.
