Chamber collaborative

Recently I spoke on behalf of the Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce at the Thousand Oaks City Council meeting to support our joint effort to form a Conejo Valley tourism collaborative.

Our Chamber is committed to one common goal of exchanging dollars to strengthen our school districts and law enforcement and assist in funding much-needed city projects. On a unanimous vote, the Thousand Oaks City Council voted to work with our Chamber on promoting tourism throughout our region which will include the cities of Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village and Agoura Hills.

On behalf of the Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, I want to personally express our appreciation to Mayor Claudia Bill-de la Peña and councilmembers Jacqui Irwin and Andy Fox for taking the initiative to promote this great idea with our Chamber.

As Chamber president, I believe that it is important to work together in this new alliance that will greatly benefit all of our residents, businesses, beautiful recreation areas and hotels throughout the Conejo Valley.

This is a win-win for everybody. Louis Masry President Agoura/Oak Park/Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce
