Calabasas resident receives ICON award for remodeling

Bill Simone, a resident of Calabasas, recently received an ICON award for his achievements in the remodeling industry during a special presentation of the Remodelors Council of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Southern California at Brookside Country Club in Pasadena.

“The ICON is an industry-wide expression of gratitude and appreciation to Bill for many years of positive contributions to remodeling on both the local and national levels,” said Randy Ricciotti, vice president of Custom Design & Construction.

In addition to heading Custom Design & Construction since 1988, Simone served two terms as vice president of the BIA’s Los

Angeles County East chapter. He

also chaired the Southern Califor

nia Remodelors Council.

phy,” said Karen Zieba, Simone’s

successor as head of Remodelors

Council.

Simone teaches certified

graduate remodelor courses na

tionally and has conducted many

seminars on remodeling for

homeowners.

Simone maintains membership

with the Western Regional Master

Builders Association, Remodeling

Success Mastermind Group and

Program Committee for the annual

Building Industry Show.
