Kids can feed the animals at museum

The Leonis Adobe Museum invites children ages 2 to 8 to participate in their “feed the animals” summer program offered from 9:15 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesdays, July 5 through Aug. 23 on the museum grounds, 23537 Calabasas Road, in Old Town Calabasas.

To kick off the program on Tues., July 5, Rattlin’ Ralph Lee Moss will encourage children to sing along as he performs on guitar. Rancher Richard will be giving children their feeding chores of the museum’s sheep, goats, poultry, horses and two longhorns.

Other ranch activities will include tortilla making, games, crafts and stories. Different activities will be presented each week. All family members are welcome to attend. Cost is $2 per person. For more information call (818) 222-6511 or visit the website at www.leonisadobemuseum.org.
