Women’s Club awards grads

The Scholarship Committee of the Westlake Women’s Club will present scholarships to a number of graduating seniors from Conejo Valley high schools at the award ceremony programs this month at the students’ schools. Headed by Marge Ceran, the committee will award $7,000 in scholarship funds.

Tiffany Hsiou of Westlake High School will receive the Karen Rufener scholarship. The UCLAbound grad has an outstanding academic record, has been active in community and school service and plans to study law with the goal of attaining a judgeship or becoming an FBI agent.

Other scholarship winners are:

Min Chul Kim, Agoura High School; Angela Crespo, Oak Park High School; Kristen Onsgard, Newbury Park High School; Catherine Ngo, Thousand Oaks High School; and Tyffany Chen, Westlake High School.
