Local graduates

Janis Bukowski will graduate on June 4 from Idyllwild Arts Academy and attend McGill University in Montreal, Canada to major in music performance.

She previously attended Willow Elementary and Lindero Canyon Middle schools. Janis is the daughter of James and Susan Bukowski of Agoura Hills.

Rachel Rivas of Agoura Hills, a senior majoring in nursing, was among the 957 Harding University students included on the school’s dean’s list for her spring semester grades at the private university, located in Searcy, Ark.

• Among the 2005 Roger Williams University graduates was Oak Park resident Tessa O’Keefe, who graduated from business school with a bachelor of science degree, cum laude, in accounting. The liberal arts university is located in Bristol, R.I.
