Fritz Kling

Fritz Kling, senior vice president of Young Realtors, director of relocation/ lender owned properties and 13-time President’s Award winner, was congratulated by Joan Young, president, for being named the top lister and top seller at the firm’s Westlake Village office for the month of April.

With all his systems in place, Kling is affectionately known as ‘Super Broker’ in real estate circles. A 30-year veteran of the Southern California real estate marketplace, he is extremely experienced in handling both corporate listings and buyers for most major corporations and third party companies. His market area includes all of Ventura County and the northwest portion of Los Angeles County.

Kling has been a member of the Employee Relocation Council for 18 years, has earned his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and ERC’s 2001 Meritorious Service Award. He is frequently asked to be on panels that address the issues that affect corporations moving employees in and out of California.
