PROPER FRAME OF MIND—Kelsey Jensen, 12, and Samantha Bathke, 11, both Girl Scouts from Troop 855 of Oak Park, unveil a Peace Pole recently presented to Brookside Elementary School by their troop. The pole is one of over 200,000 on display in 180 countries. “May Peace Prevail on Earth” is written on the pole in eight languages.
