Favors Heschel

I can’t help but write to you to object to the recent “Open Letters from the Old Agoura Homeowners Association (OAHA)” which have appeared in your publication as paid advertisements.

Thankfully, other letters seemed to clarify quite well the intent of the project and all the extra steps that the Heschel family has taken to make this project successful for all concerned. I think they’ve gone above and beyond what is reasonable in light of the unhappiness which is still prevalent in the OAHA.

Why haven’t they objected to the construction of all the furniture stores that are sprouting up along Canwood and Roadside? These will certainly bring more people to “their streets.” It’s a shame that they can’t see all of the good that will come from this project, a beautiful campus built by parents who love their children and only want the best education possible.

Wouldn’t that be an asset that most communities would long for?
