Volunteers needed

The Friends of the Agoura Hills Library are seeking volunteers to assist at the Book Cellar, the used book outlet located in the basement of the library at 29001 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. The Book Cellar is operated as a major fundraising project for the library.

The Book Cellar is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday excluding holidays, with adjacent free parking available in the underground garage.

Two to four volunteers are required each Saturday on a time-available basis. Duties are limited to sorting book donations and assisting patrons with their purchases. No training or physical effort is required.

The Book Cellar also accepts donations of hardback and paperback books, magazines, CDs, DVDs, audio tapes and similar material.
