Fifth-grader recognized for math, verbal skills

TOP STUDENT—Steven Francus,a fifth-grader at Yerba Buena Elementary School, receives an award for being among the highest scoring students in the Johns Hopkins University talent search, a yearly hunt for the country’s most gifted students in language and math.
