ACS filmmakers head to state competition

Eighth-grade students Brian Chaskes, Justine Aronoff, Max Schram, Graham Wetterhahn, Jon Winnick, Chris Kovalik from A.C. Stelle Middle School in Calabasas will represent Los Angeles County at the state History Day competition May 6 and May 7 in San Diego.

Chaskes won first place in the Museum Exhibit category for "What Hath God Wraught?"

Aronoff took first in the Historical Web page category for "Westward Visions."
