Someone vandalized a mailbox on Forest Cove Lane between April 22 and April 23. Damages to the freestanding mailbox were estimated at $300.

A grocery store shopper stole eight bags filled with groceries from the Vons supermarket on Kanan Road on April 23. The loss is estimated at $80.

Calabasas

The window of a rental car parked in the 26600 block of Agoura Road was smashed in the early morning hours of April 28, causing $250 in damages.

A communications trailer, owned by Southland Communications and parked on Saddle Peak Road, sustained $1,000 in damages during an attempted burglary on April 9.

Someone entered an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Malibu Creek State Park and stole a purse containing personal items and $70 in cash, as well as a glucose monitor and medications for diabetes, valued at $150.

Westlake Village

A thief stole a $1,500 navigation system and a pair of sunglasses valued at $180 from a vehicle parked on Lindero Canyon Road on April 8.

Someone damaged the ignition of a vehicle parked in a town home complex on Lake Harbor Drive on April 24. The vandal caused $650 in damages when they tried to steal the unlocked vehicle.

A storage bin at a construction site in the 6600 block of Lindero Canyon Road sustained $500 in damages when someone cut into the chain link fence of the worksite to access a storage container. The incident occurred between April 22 and April 25.
