Special ed advisory committee seeks members

The Oak Park Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) invites parents in the community to make a difference by becoming involved in SEAC. Currently SEAC has openings for committee chairs.

"We ask for very little of your time—just your passion and dedication," said member Kareen Weidenfeller. "Only through the collaboration of parents and educators can our kids succeed."

The next SEAC meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Mon., April 11 at the Oak Park Library, on the campus of Oak Park High School, 899 N. Kanan Road, Oak Park. To learn more about becoming involved in SEAC, call Weidenfeller at (818) 889-6903.
